High Season (Nov 1 - April 30):   $825/week (USD); extra nights $120/night (USD)



     Low Season (May 1 – Oct 31):  $600/week (USD); extra nights $85/night (USD)



     Cleaning Fee:  $185.00 (USD)  



     Security Deposit:  May be required (contact owner)



     Deposit and Payment:  $185 deposit required at time of booking (non-refundable if reservation cancelled).  The $185 deposit will be used to cover

     cleaning cost upon departure).  The remaining rental fee and security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival, or if booking occurs within 30 days, full

     payment is required at time of booking.



     Forms of Payment:  USD bank draft; etransfer or personal cheque in Canadian funds (contact owner for exchange rate)
